RaJa Wear currently accepts major credit cards, money orders, and personal
checks. Please e-mail or call us to notify us that you will be sending check or
money order. This will help ensure that the product is still available by the time
we receive payment. If you send money orders or checks, please send it to the
following address written/payable to Jaclyn Elder-Johnson: 22756 Verde Gate
Terrace, Ashburn, VA 20148. If you would like to pay using PayPal, please send
payment to jelde@hotmail.com. You just choose paypal on the checkout page
and you should be taken to their site and then be directed back to my site once
the payment is set up. I know it may be a hassle to set up an account at first, but
it is a breeze after the initial set up. The website is www.paypal.com. If there is

Shipping
Most items will be shipped UPS Ground, USPS Priority mail (Ground) or First
Class. Note: First class mail is less expensive; however, it does not have
tracking services. These methods usually take 2-3 business days to arrive
depending on where you live. UPS Ground and Parcel Post may take up to 7-10
days. The items will be shipped within 2 days of payment. Items paid by check
will not be sent until the check has cleared with the bank. For purchases outside
of U.S. please e-mail me to ask about shipping rates and policies.
Shipping rates are as follows:
Total purchase price $0-24.99 s/h is $6.50
25-49.99 is $9
50-74.99 is $12
75-99.99 is $15
100 and up is $20
The above prices are for first class USPS services. This is our preferred method
of shipment because pricing is lower and it gets to you just as fast. Some items
are too heavy for first class and will come parcel post instead. The options during
your checkout process will be first class or ground (priority or UPS).

Returns
RaJa Wear has a 15 day policy for all returns. Within 15 days from the date of
your order, please contact us by e-mail or phone to let us know that you will be
returning an item. We do not pay for the return shipping unless the item was
defective when you received it. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Once we receive the return we will issue a refund check or make an exchange,
depending on your request. Please include a note with the returned
merchandise stating why it is being returned and whether you want a refund or an
exchange. Please insure the item so that you may be compensated for any lost
merchandise.
